Our online office brings tax and financial services directly into your home or business enabling you to more actively participate in your tax and financial management. We now offer three convenient ways for clients to engage us for tax preparation services:
1. Drop off - Complete the annual Client Questionnaire, gather your tax documents and bring both to our office at any time. If you arrive before or after regular business hours, place your documents in an envelope and place in our secure mail slot located in our entry way.
2. Online - Complete the annual Client Questionnaire, gather your tax documents and securely upload them to us using your client portal. If you don't have a client portal, click here to request one by email, and provide us with your name, phone number and email address.
3. Intake Appointment - *NEW* You can call our office to schedule an intake appointment. This is a 15 minute appointment where you meet with a tax professional to drop off your tax information, complete the annual Client Questionnaire and discuss any questions or concerns you have for your preparer. We will make sure that you have all of your documents and then you would leave your information to be prepared. Once your return is completed, we would contact you to pick it up.
4. In Person - Current Clients can use the online scheduling tool to schedule an appointment. Before your appointment, complete the annual Client Questionnaire, gather your tax documents and bring both to your scheduled appointment.
PLEASE NOTE: If we did not prepare your 2021 tax return, include a copy of it with your current tax documents.
